The School Council is a school body run by the pupils and helped by staff to promote ideas and discussions to create positive plans within the school.

Our Aims:

To meet regularly
To listen to ideas and suggestions as a team across the school
To keep our school safe
To make sure no one is being bullied
To raise funds for charities
To make our world a better place

Our achievements

Regular School Council meetings and minutes
The adventure playground timetable has been reinstated
The Year 1 classroom and playground for children
Shaded area available in the playground - umbrellas have gone up
Character Day held to celebrate our favourite books, characters and authors
An Art competition proposed and held in the Spring Term; winners presented in Star Assembly
A School Council Board has been put up in the corridor to display the minutes of our meetings and School Council News

We have also proposed the following future changes:

Floor games in the playground to be repainted in the summer holidays.
