The school day begins at 8.55am for children from Reception to Year 6 who are welcome to play under supervision in the playground from 8.30am. Nursery children start at 9.00am.

Making lunch for Firemen

There is a staggered finish time to make parking and pick-up easier for parents.
3.00pm - Nursery
3.10pm - Reception and Transition (Years 1 & 2)
3.15pm - Lower Juniors (Years 3 & 4)
3.20pm - Upper Juniors (Years 5 & 6)

The school offers 2 after school clubs every day which run from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.

Children should be collected promptly after school no later than 3.30pm and no later than 4.30pm after clubs. 

Laleham Lea offers parents the opportunity to extend school hours, both before and after school, at affordable prices for all the children, whether in the nursery or the main school. All children who are left unaccompanied on the school premises - whether before 8.30am or after their afternoon activities have been completed, automatically attend the Early Bird and Late Leaver clubs when qualified teaching staff care for the children and for which additional fees are payable. The Early Bird club is available from 8.00am each morning and the Late Leaver club operates from the end of the school day until 6.00pm in the evening for which fees are charged on a half-hourly basis.

There is an additional charge of £30 for every child collected after 6.00pm.
