There are computers in every classroom as well as a new fully equipped computer suite. At Key Stage 1 children have access to Language, Maths and Science software and they learn to type their own stories and poems.
At Key stage 2, a computer specialist teaches computer skills to develop competence in word processing, computer graphics, databases and spreadsheets, design and layout, which the children learn to integrate into other subject areas.
Pupils are also taught programming techniques and have a chance to test their skills at programming using specialist software, floor robots and a Lego Mindstorms NXT 2.0 robot.
